Looks pretty good, especially for imovie. But here comes the constructive criticism.
The secret to making a dope video is timing. Time your shots with the music. Make use of slow mo, jump cuts (makes things seem to move faster), and other techniques. It seems like you already know this and tried it in a few parts. The best example of this is some well put together skate video parts. This is a great example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x6ADtlmdOlw&feature=related
Also, i would try and get access to final cut pro. iMovie is a JOKE comparatively. You’ll be able to make custom titles and have far more control over your video and audio.
It looks like you’re off to a good start and the only way to get better is practice. Just try messing around with some re-edits with different types of music and timing techniques.
I used to make some dope skate videos way back when but i don’t do that anymore with drifting. I like driving too much 🙂

I hate music over awesome drift videos. I digg raw ass sounds.
